Different laser heads require different protective window dimensions and specifications. Selecting the wrong protective window can cause focus shift, lens burn, and unstable cutting performance. Match all four parameters: diameter, thickness, coating requirement, and power range.

Nozzle Compatibility
Matching a nozzle is about more than the tip size. Four factors determine a correct match:
- Thread type — the nozzle thread must match your cutting head's thread standard, which varies by brand and series
- Single-layer / double-layer — single-layer for standard cutting; double-layer for high-pressure gas and thick plate applications
- Material thickness — orifice diameter scales with the plate thickness you cut most often
- Cutting gas — gas type and pressure interact with nozzle geometry to determine edge quality

Q: How do I know which protective window fits my laser head?
Check the diameter and thickness printed on the edge of your current protective window (for example, D30×5). Then verify the coating type against your power range. Not sure? Send us a photo of the window edge or the part number — our engineers confirm the exact specification for your head model.
